Key Club

Key Club is the high school arm of Kiwanis. The Kennedy Key Club is sponsored by the Hi-Crew chapter of Kiwanis.

Key Club is a service and leadership organization that aims to serve the community and create better leaders.  It is focused on volunteer activities and hosts the annual mini dance marathon that raises money for the U of I Stead Family Children's Hospital, part of the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Because the events of this year prevent activities such as this, this year the Key Club is embracing the theme "Persevering for the Kids" and will sponsor 4 mini events in place of the dance.  These events include a raffle, a scavenger hunt, the 2nd annual Un-Talent Show, and a bake off.

Key Club meets every other Wednesday morning at 7am.  For more information on these events, how to be a sponsor, or the Google Meet link, contact the club sponsor or the club officers.

Club Sponsor: Hilary Nekvinda at
Club Officers: Abby Baize, Allison Hubbell, Lydia Mackey, Meena Ramadugu, and Ali Rohrssen.

Thank you for participating in the 2021 Mini-Dance events!  If you wish to make additional donations to support the Children's Hospital, please contact the club sponsor.
